IRHC Policies and Guidelines
We adhere to clear and concise policies for our patients’ wellbeing in order to give them the best care possible.
- IRHC is providing its services from Monday to Sunday at clients’ homes and also through video session in case of speech therapy.
- The hours of our therapists’ home visits are Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm.
- Our appointment reservation is available at any time of the day, you can arrange an appointment by completing the appointment form on our website.
- The standard time length of our therapy session at the client’s home is 45 minutes.
- In accordance with our policy, “Advance Payment” is required before video session or any home services can be used. You can pay via Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, U Paisa, Raast ID, Bank Account, and Cash.
- If the patient declines to accept therapy for whatever reason after our therapist has arrived at the patient’s address for the scheduled session. In this situation, only 50% of the session fee will be returned.
- When a patient purchases one of our discounted packages of sessions but decides not to continue after a few sessions for any reason, IRHC will only reimburse 25% of the cost of the remaining sessions.
- If a patient wants to modify the time or day of their appointment, they must notify the IRHC at least one day in advance; otherwise, they will be fined 50% of the session cost for interfering with the therapist’s schedule.
